Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Aggilo Marketing's website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Aggilo Marketing provides AI-powered lead generation campaign services for businesses in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

• Creation of custom campaign pages with your brand identity
• Lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns
• Delivery of qualified leads matching your customer profile
• SEO optimization and social media integration
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Early Access Program

3.1 Program Details

• Limited to 15 businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Free campaign setup (valued at AED 5,000)
• First 20 qualified leads provided at no cost (valued at AED 1,200)
• Subsequent leads charged at AED 60 per qualified lead

3.2 Lead Qualification

A "qualified lead" is defined as a visitor who matches your specified customer profile and completes the inquiry form on your campaign page with valid contact information and genuine interest in your services.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Early Access Pricing

• First 20 leads: Free of charge
• Leads 21 onwards: AED 60 per qualified lead
• Monthly billing cycle beginning after the 20th lead
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date

4.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as communicated by Aggilo Marketing.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business during the registration and questionnaire process.

5.2 Business Compliance

You warrant that your business operates legally within the UAE and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal goods/services
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Activities that violate intellectual property rights

6. Service Level Agreement

6.1 Campaign Delivery

• Campaign pages will be created and live within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire
• Lead delivery typically begins within 1-3 days of campaign launch
• We aim to deliver leads consistently but cannot guarantee specific volumes or timelines

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Aggilo Marketing IP

All technology, software, designs, and methodologies used by Aggilo Marketing remain our exclusive intellectual property.

7.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of your business information, logos, and content provided to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for providing our services to you.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver quality leads, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific lead volumes or conversion rates
• That all leads will result in sales
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Specific return on investment

9.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Aggilo Marketing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your campaign pages will be deactivated
• Any outstanding invoices remain due
• We will provide a final report of leads delivered

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Early Access Program

Given the free nature of the first 20 leads, refunds are generally not applicable for the early access program. Refunds for paid leads may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unqualified leads as defined in Section 3.2.

12. Modifications to Terms

Aggilo Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Force Majeure

Aggilo Marketing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government regulations.
